1. Introduction

Welcome to Efiko.pro.

Efiko.pro is a professional identity and portfolio platform that enables individuals to create, manage, publish, and share professional profiles, portfolio websites, digital CVs, vCards, QR codes, credentials, services, achievements, appointment booking pages, blogs, galleries, and related professional content.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Efiko.pro, including all websites, dashboards, tenant websites, subdomains, custom domains, templates, plugins, tools, subscription packages, support services, and related platform features.

By creating an account, purchasing a package, accessing your dashboard, publishing a profile, connecting a domain, using a subdomain, uploading content, or otherwise using Efiko.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Efiko.pro.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

“Efiko.pro”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the owner, operator, administrator, or authorised service provider of the Efiko.pro platform.

“User”, “you”, or “your” means any individual who accesses, registers for, subscribes to, or uses Efiko.pro.

“Account” means your registered user account on Efiko.pro.

“Profile” means your public or private professional profile created through Efiko.pro.

“Tenant Website” means a user-specific website, profile, page, or online professional presence created and managed through Efiko.pro.

“Subdomain” means a personalised Efiko.pro address assigned to a user, such as yourname.efiko.pro.

“Custom Domain” means a domain owned or controlled by a user and connected to their Efiko.pro profile or tenant website, such as yourname.com.

“Content” means all text, images, documents, credentials, CVs, videos, links, certificates, profile information, portfolio items, blog posts, service descriptions, media, QR codes, vCards, appointment details, and other materials uploaded, created, displayed, or shared by a user.

“Subscription Package” means any free, standard, pro, premium, or other paid plan offered by Efiko.pro.

“Dashboard” means the administrative control panel provided to users for managing their account, profile, content, website, domains, appointments, SEO, QR codes, customers, and other settings.

“Visitor” means any person who views, interacts with, books through, contacts, or accesses a user’s public profile, tenant website, vCard, QR code, custom domain, or subdomain.

3. Eligibility

To use Efiko.pro, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  2. Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  3. Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  4. Use the platform only for lawful professional, business, academic, career, portfolio, networking, or personal branding purposes.
  5. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and platform rules.

If you are using Efiko.pro on behalf of another person, business, institution, or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf.

4. Nature of the Service

Efiko.pro provides tools that allow users to create and manage online professional identity assets, including but not limited to:

  1. Professional profile pages.
  2. Portfolio websites.
  3. Digital CVs and resumes.
  4. vCards and contact cards.
  5. QR code generation and management.
  6. Credential uploads.
  7. Verified profile and trust badge features.
  8. Custom domain and subdomain functionality.
  9. Appointment booking tools.
  10. Blog, gallery, services, skills, achievements, and portfolio management.
  11. SEO information management.
  12. Light and dark templates.
  13. Dashboard and content management tools.
  14. Customer and visitor interaction tools.
  15. Plugin integrations including Google Analytics, WhatsApp, Disqus, Facebook Pixel, and Tawk.to where available.

Efiko.pro is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not act as your employer, agent, recruiter, professional licensing body, academic institution, legal adviser, financial adviser, immigration adviser, or credential-awarding authority.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  2. Keep your login credentials confidential.
  3. Maintain the security of your account.
  4. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  5. Ensure all activity under your account complies with these Terms.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including content uploads, payment activity, profile publication, custom domain configuration, visitor interactions, appointment bookings, and plugin use.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, impersonation, fraudulent activity, harmful content, illegal use, security abuse, or breach of these Terms.

6. Subscription Packages and Features

Efiko.pro may offer various subscription packages, including free, standard, pro, premium, or enterprise-level plans.

Features may vary by package and may include:

  1. Personalised Efiko.pro subdomain.
  2. Custom domain connection.
  3. Professional templates.
  4. Portfolio and CV tools.
  5. vCard tools.
  6. QR code builder.
  7. Credential display.
  8. Trust badges.
  9. Appointment booking.
  10. Blog and gallery management.
  11. SEO tools.
  12. Plugin integrations.
  13. Dashboard features.
  14. Assisted setup support.
  15. Customer panel features.
  16. Storage or upload limits.
  17. Visibility and branding options.

We may modify package names, features, limits, prices, inclusions, and availability from time to time. Where changes materially affect an active paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.

7. Payments, Billing, and Taxes

Paid packages must be paid according to the pricing displayed at checkout or agreed in writing.

By purchasing a paid package, you authorise Efiko.pro or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, renewal fees, setup charges, domain-related fees, or other agreed charges.

You are responsible for:

  1. Ensuring payment information is accurate.
  2. Paying applicable fees when due.
  3. Paying applicable taxes, duties, levies, bank charges, or foreign exchange charges.
  4. Ensuring your payment method remains valid.
  5. Reviewing package details before payment.

Where recurring billing applies, your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, subject to the cancellation terms displayed during purchase.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund rights depend on your subscription type, jurisdiction, service status, and applicable consumer laws.

Efiko.pro may offer refunds where:

  1. A paid service was not delivered.
  2. A technical fault prevents reasonable use of the purchased service.
  3. A duplicate payment was made.
  4. A refund is required under applicable law.
  5. Efiko.pro expressly approves the refund in writing.

Refunds may not be available for:

  1. Change of mind after account activation.
  2. Partial use of a subscription period.
  3. Completed assisted setup work.
  4. Domain-related charges paid to third-party registrars.
  5. User-caused configuration errors.
  6. Suspended or terminated accounts due to breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. In Australia, consumer guarantees may apply to services, including that services are provided with due care and skill, are fit for disclosed purpose, and are supplied within a reasonable time where no time is agreed.

9. Assisted Setup Services

Efiko.pro may offer optional assisted setup services for a separate fee.

Assisted setup may include:

  1. Uploading user-provided credentials.
  2. Adding profile content.
  3. Setting up templates.
  4. Uploading CVs, vCards, images, and portfolio items.
  5. Configuring basic SEO information.
  6. Connecting a custom domain.
  7. Arranging content sections.
  8. Preparing a profile for launch.

You remain responsible for providing accurate content and approving the final published profile. Efiko.pro is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information supplied by you.

Assisted setup does not include legal verification, academic verification, employment verification, professional licensing verification, copywriting beyond the agreed scope, image licensing, domain purchase, DNS management beyond agreed support, or ongoing profile maintenance unless separately agreed.

10. Subdomains

Efiko.pro may automatically assign each eligible user a personalised subdomain, such as:

yourname.efiko.pro

Subdomain availability is not guaranteed. We may reject, modify, suspend, reassign, or remove a subdomain where it:

  1. Is already taken.
  2. Infringes a trademark or third-party right.
  3. Impersonates another person or organisation.
  4. Contains offensive, misleading, unlawful, or harmful words.
  5. Is associated with fraud, spam, abuse, or prohibited content.
  6. Conflicts with Efiko.pro branding, security, or platform operations.

A subdomain remains part of the Efiko.pro platform and does not transfer ownership of any Efiko.pro domain asset to you.

11. Custom Domains

Certain packages may allow users to connect a custom domain.

You are responsible for:

  1. Owning or having lawful control of the custom domain.
  2. Maintaining domain registration.
  3. Configuring DNS records correctly.
  4. Renewing the domain with your registrar.
  5. Ensuring the domain does not infringe any third-party rights.
  6. Ensuring the domain is not used for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Efiko.pro may provide technical instructions or assisted setup support, but we are not responsible for domain expiry, DNS misconfiguration, registrar failure, nameserver errors, email interruption, SSL propagation delays, or third-party domain disputes.

We may disconnect a custom domain if it is associated with abuse, unlawful content, security risks, non-payment, infringement claims, or breach of these Terms.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, create, publish, or submit to Efiko.pro.

By using Efiko.pro, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, transmit, reproduce, adapt, and make your content available solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, supporting, and providing the Efiko.pro service.

You confirm that:

  1. You own or have rights to use your content.
  2. Your content is accurate and not misleading.
  3. Your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, moral rights, confidentiality obligations, or other third-party rights.
  4. Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive material.
  5. You have permission to upload images, certificates, logos, testimonials, employer names, client names, case studies, and third-party materials.
  6. You will not upload forged, altered, fabricated, or misleading credentials.

You are solely responsible for your content and any claims arising from it.

13. Credential Uploads and Verification

Efiko.pro may allow users to upload certificates, licences, academic qualifications, professional memberships, awards, and similar credentials.

Uploading a credential does not automatically mean that Efiko.pro has verified it.

Where verification features are available, Efiko.pro may apply badges or indicators based on internal review processes, third-party validation, documentation checks, or other verification methods.

Efiko.pro does not guarantee that every credential can be verified, and we may refuse, revoke, suspend, or remove verification where:

  1. Documents are unclear or incomplete.
  2. Information cannot be validated.
  3. Fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
  4. A third-party disputes the credential.
  5. The issuing body cannot be confirmed.
  6. The user fails to provide supporting evidence.

Trust badges are platform indicators only. They do not replace professional licensing, regulatory approval, academic certification, employer background checks, or legal due diligence.

14. Professional Representation and Accuracy

Users must not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, work history, professional licences, academic achievements, publications, research, employment, services, awards, or affiliations.

You must not:

  1. Claim degrees, certifications, licences, or memberships you do not hold.
  2. Use another person’s name, likeness, title, or identity without permission.
  3. Upload fake, altered, or misleading documents.
  4. Claim association with an employer, university, regulator, client, or professional body without authority.
  5. Mislead visitors about your skills, experience, services, or availability.
  6. Use Efiko.pro to create deceptive professional credibility.

We may remove content, suspend verification, restrict visibility, or terminate accounts where misrepresentation is suspected.

15. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Efiko.pro for:

  1. Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
  2. Impersonation or identity theft.
  3. Publishing forged credentials.
  4. Phishing, malware, spam, scraping, or unauthorised automation.
  5. Harassment, hate speech, abuse, threats, or discrimination.
  6. Pornographic, exploitative, or sexually explicit content.
  7. Promotion of violence, terrorism, extremism, or illegal goods.
  8. Infringing intellectual property rights.
  9. Misleading employment, recruitment, visa, scholarship, or investment claims.
  10. Selling regulated services without required licences.
  11. Collecting visitor data unlawfully.
  12. Circumventing platform limits, security controls, or payment systems.
  13. Interfering with platform availability, integrity, or performance.
  14. Uploading viruses, malicious scripts, or harmful code.
  15. Misusing plugins, analytics tools, or tracking technologies.

Efiko.pro may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, domain registrars, hosting providers, or affected parties where legally appropriate.

16. Platform Security and Data Protection

Efiko.pro is designed to support secure and responsible management of professional identity data.

We may implement security measures including:

  1. Account authentication.
  2. Secure dashboard access.
  3. SSL/TLS protection where supported.
  4. Access controls.
  5. Logging and monitoring.
  6. Data backups.
  7. Infrastructure security controls.
  8. Malware and abuse prevention.
  9. Payment processing through third-party payment providers.
  10. Administrative restrictions and role-based access where available.

However, no online service is completely risk-free. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords, protecting your login details, securing your devices, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

Efiko.pro’s handling of personal information should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. The Australian Privacy Principles are the core privacy framework under Australia’s Privacy Act 1988 for covered entities, and they address standards, rights, and obligations around personal information.

17. Privacy and Personal Information

By using Efiko.pro, you acknowledge that we may collect and process personal information necessary to provide the platform.

This may include:

  1. Name.
  2. Email address.
  3. Phone number.
  4. Billing information.
  5. Profile photo.
  6. Professional biography.
  7. Education and work history.
  8. Credentials and certificates.
  9. Social links.
  10. Domain information.

  12. Customer or visitor interaction data.
  13. Device, log, analytics, and usage data.

Where applicable, we aim to collect personal information by lawful and fair means and limit collection to information reasonably necessary for our functions and activities. Australian privacy guidance states that organisations should collect personal information only where reasonably necessary and should take reasonable steps to notify individuals about relevant collection matters.

Where users or visitors are located in jurisdictions with additional privacy rights, including the EU or UK, additional requirements may apply. Under the GDPR, processing of personal data requires a lawful basis such as consent, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or other recognised grounds.

18. Public Profiles and Visibility

Efiko.pro is designed to help users increase professional visibility. By publishing a profile, you understand that the profile may be publicly accessible.

Publicly visible information may include:

  3. Professional title.
  4. Biography.
  5. Skills.
  6. Experience.
  7. Education.
  8. Portfolio.
  9. Services.
  10. Achievements.
  11. Credentials selected for display.
  12. Contact links.
  13. Social media links.
  14. Custom domain or subdomain.
  15. QR code or vCard details.
  16. Appointment booking options.

You are responsible for deciding what information to publish, hide, or remove. You should not publish sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable making it public.

19. Visitor, Customer, and Appointment Data

Efiko.pro may allow users to receive enquiries, appointment bookings, customer registrations, messages, or contact submissions through their tenant websites.

If you collect or access visitor or customer data through Efiko.pro, you must:

  1. Use it only for lawful professional purposes.
  2. Respect privacy, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws.
  3. Not sell, misuse, or unlawfully disclose visitor data.
  4. Honour unsubscribe or contact preferences where applicable.
  5. Provide services honestly and professionally.
  6. Keep customer information secure.
  7. Not use Efiko.pro to mislead, harass, or exploit visitors.

Efiko.pro may limit, suspend, or remove visitor interaction tools where abuse is suspected.

20. Appointment Booking

Efiko.pro may offer appointment booking features for consultations, interviews, mentoring sessions, advisory meetings, services, or other professional engagements.

Users are responsible for:

  1. Setting accurate availability.
  2. Honouring confirmed appointments.
  3. Communicating cancellation or rescheduling rules.
  4. Providing services professionally.
  5. Complying with industry or licensing requirements.
  6. Managing payments for services if accepted outside Efiko.pro.
  7. Handling disputes with visitors or clients.

Efiko.pro is not responsible for the quality, legality, suitability, or delivery of services offered by users through their profiles unless expressly agreed in writing.

21. QR Codes and vCards

Efiko.pro may provide tools to generate QR codes and vCards.

You are responsible for ensuring that QR codes, vCards, links, and destination URLs are accurate, lawful, safe, and not misleading.

Efiko.pro is not responsible for:

  1. Incorrect QR code destinations caused by user error.
  2. Expired or changed links.
  3. Third-party scanner issues.
  4. Printing errors.
  5. Unauthorised use of a public QR code.
  6. Misuse after a QR code has been distributed.

We may disable QR codes or vCards that link to prohibited, harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.

22. Plugins and Third-Party Integrations

Efiko.pro may support integrations or plugins including but not limited to:

  1. Google Analytics.
  2. Disqus.
  3. WhatsApp.
  4. Facebook Pixel.
  5. Tawk.to.
  6. Payment processors.
  7. Domain registrars.
  8. Email services.
  9. Hosting or infrastructure providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, uptime, data practices, and support arrangements.

You are responsible for configuring third-party tools lawfully, including cookie notices, consent requirements, analytics disclosures, tracking notices, and privacy compliance where applicable.

Efiko.pro is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, data handling, account suspensions, API changes, or integration failures beyond our reasonable control.

23. SEO and Search Engine Visibility

Efiko.pro may provide SEO tools such as meta titles, meta descriptions, keywords, slugs, profile summaries, indexing settings, and structured content options.

We do not guarantee:

  1. Google ranking.
  2. Search engine indexing.
  3. Search visibility.
  4. Lead generation.
  5. Employment opportunities.
  6. Client acquisition.
  7. Business revenue.
  8. Academic recognition.
  9. Social media growth.

SEO performance depends on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, user content quality, domain history, competition, backlink profile, indexing policies, and visitor behaviour.

24. Templates and Design Assets

Efiko.pro may provide templates, themes, layouts, icons, UI components, colour settings, light/dark modes, and design assets.

Unless otherwise stated, templates and design assets remain the intellectual property of Efiko.pro or its licensors.

You may use platform templates only within Efiko.pro or as expressly permitted by your subscription.

You must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, extract, reproduce, or commercially exploit Efiko.pro templates outside the platform without written permission.

25. Intellectual Property

Efiko.pro, including its software, dashboards, templates, platform design, logo, brand assets, icons, source code, workflows, UI elements, databases, systems, documentation, and proprietary features, is owned by Efiko.pro or its licensors.

You must not:

  1. Copy or reproduce platform code.
  2. Reverse engineer or decompile the platform.
  3. Scrape platform data.
  4. Resell or white-label Efiko.pro without permission.
  5. Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  6. Use Efiko.pro branding in a misleading way.
  7. Register confusingly similar domains, trademarks, or brand names.

You retain rights to your uploaded content, subject to the licence needed for Efiko.pro to provide the service.

26. User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, feature requests, ideas, or improvements, you grant Efiko.pro the right to use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

27. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Efiko.pro may be unavailable due to:

  1. Maintenance.
  2. Updates.
  3. Security issues.
  4. Hosting provider outages.
  5. Domain or DNS issues.
  6. Third-party integration failures.
  7. Payment processor outages.
  8. Force majeure events.
  9. Internet or network disruptions.
  10. Cybersecurity incidents.

Where practical, we may provide notice of planned maintenance, but emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

28. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

  1. You breach these Terms.
  2. Payment fails or remains overdue.
  3. You upload false or harmful content.
  4. You misuse verification features.
  5. You infringe third-party rights.
  6. You engage in fraud, spam, or abuse.
  7. Your domain or subdomain creates legal or security risks.
  8. Your account affects platform performance or security.
  9. We are required to do so by law, regulator, court order, payment provider, registrar, or hosting provider.
  10. Continued access may harm Efiko.pro, users, visitors, or third parties.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

29. User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available in your dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation may result in:

  1. Loss of access to premium features.
  2. Downgrade to a free or limited plan.
  3. Removal of custom domain support.
  4. Deactivation of certain templates.
  5. Suspension of appointment features.
  6. Loss of plugin integrations.
  7. Restrictions on QR codes, vCards, or portfolio features.
  8. Removal of public visibility where required.

You should export or download any content you wish to retain before cancellation, subject to available export features.

30. Content Removal After Termination

After account termination or cancellation, Efiko.pro may retain, delete, anonymise, or restrict account content according to our data retention practices, legal obligations, backup processes, and Privacy Policy.

Public profiles, custom domains, subdomains, QR codes, and vCards may become unavailable after termination or non-payment.

31. Acceptable Use of Communication Tools

If Efiko.pro provides messaging, forms, WhatsApp links, live chat, customer panels, appointment messages, or email templates, you must not use them for:

  1. Spam.
  2. Harassment.
  3. Fraud.
  4. Phishing.
  5. Unlawful marketing.
  6. Misleading claims.
  7. Unsolicited bulk messaging.
  8. Collection of sensitive information without lawful basis.
  9. Sending malware or harmful links.
  10. Impersonation.

We may restrict communication tools where abuse is detected.

32. Professional Services Offered by Users

Users may display professional services on their profiles. Efiko.pro does not automatically endorse, certify, guarantee, or supervise those services.

Visitors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging a user.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any professional service they advertise or provide is lawful, accurate, ethical, and compliant with any licensing, regulatory, insurance, industry, tax, or professional body requirements.

33. Marketplace and Directory Features

If Efiko.pro provides profile listing, directory, followers, followings, search, discovery, or visibility tools, such features are provided for networking and discovery only.

Efiko.pro does not guarantee:

  1. User ranking.
  2. Profile visibility.
  3. Search placement.
  4. Follower growth.
  5. Business outcomes.
  6. Job offers.
  7. Academic opportunities.
  8. Client conversion.

We may moderate, rank, classify, recommend, hide, or remove profiles according to platform policies, quality signals, security considerations, subscription level, verification status, or user settings.

34. Reviews, Testimonials, and Endorsements

If Efiko.pro allows testimonials, endorsements, comments, or reviews, users must ensure they are genuine, lawful, and not misleading.

You must not:

  1. Publish fake testimonials.
  2. Pay for undisclosed endorsements.
  3. Misrepresent client or employer feedback.
  4. Use another person’s name or image without permission.
  5. Manipulate reviews or engagement metrics.

We may remove disputed, fraudulent, offensive, or misleading reviews.

35. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all laws applicable to your use of Efiko.pro, including laws relating to:

  1. Privacy and data protection.
  2. Consumer protection.
  3. Intellectual property.
  4. Defamation.
  5. Professional licensing.
  6. Employment representations.
  7. Anti-spam and electronic marketing.
  8. Tax and invoicing.
  9. Online safety.
  10. Cybercrime.
  11. Advertising standards.
  12. Domain name and trademark rules.

You are responsible for understanding the legal requirements that apply to your profession, jurisdiction, visitors, and services.

36. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where applicable law gives you mandatory guarantees, warranties, remedies, cancellation rights, or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.

Efiko.pro will not rely on any term that is unlawful, unfair, or unenforceable under applicable consumer protection laws. The ACCC states that unfair contract terms in standard form consumer and small business contracts are banned and can attract penalties in Australia.

37. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Efiko.pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  1. The platform will be uninterrupted.
  2. All errors will be corrected immediately.
  3. Profiles will rank highly on search engines.
  4. Users will receive job offers, clients, contracts, admissions, grants, partnerships, or opportunities.
  5. Verification will be accepted by employers, regulators, universities, clients, or third parties.
  6. Custom domains will propagate instantly.
  7. Third-party plugins will remain available.
  8. Templates will suit every profession or jurisdiction.
  9. Visitor enquiries will convert into business.
  10. Uploaded credentials will be independently accepted as valid by third parties.

38. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Efiko.pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, reputation, opportunity, data, goodwill, or expected savings.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to Efiko.pro is limited to the amount you paid to Efiko.pro for the relevant service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

39. Indemnity
