This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, renewals, and subscription terminations are handled on Efiko.pro.

3.2 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription through the dashboard or by contacting Efiko.pro support.

Cancellation may result in:

  1. Loss of premium features.
  2. Removal of custom domain support.
  3. Downgrade to a free or limited plan.
  4. Deactivation of appointment booking.
  5. Removal of advanced templates.
  6. Deactivation of premium QR, CV, vCard, or SEO tools.
  7. Suspension of public visibility if the account is no longer eligible.

3.3 Renewal Cancellation

Where recurring billing applies, users must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

3.4 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered where:

  1. A paid service was not delivered.
  2. A duplicate payment occurred.
  3. A technical fault prevents reasonable use of the purchased service.
  4. Efiko.pro is unable to activate the purchased package.
  5. A refund is required by applicable law.

3.5 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be available for:

  1. Change of mind after account activation.
  2. Partial use of a subscription period.
  3. Completed assisted setup services.
  4. Domain name registration or renewal costs.
  5. Third-party charges.
  6. Payment gateway fees where non-refundable.
  7. Accounts suspended for breach of policy.
  8. User-caused configuration or DNS errors.
  9. Customisation work already completed.

3.6 Assisted Setup Refunds

Assisted setup fees are refundable only if work has not commenced. Once Efiko.pro staff begin uploading content, configuring templates, setting up domains, or preparing a profile, setup fees may become non-refundable.

3.7 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights. Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers may be entitled to remedies where services fail to meet consumer guarantees, and remedies can include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation depending on the issue.

3.8 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on banks and payment processors.
